Payment
Payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

If the client is not home and we have not compleated a service for them before pre payment for the job is requiered.

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Access
Customers must provide safe access to the property. Pets must be secured.

Results Disclaimer
While we take all care, some stains and marks may not be fully removable.

​

Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items.

​

Damage Claims
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

Weather
Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

 

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your information.
